Came on time however this book does not come with end of section exercises to do homework would not recommended purchasing unless it comes with access to webassign if you need to do the homework
Great at explaining all the calculus really cheap, but that all comes with a cost. There is no practice problems at the end of the chapters, which honestly can make you or break you in calc.
The online code was expired so I couldn't get into the online program which is the reason why I bought the book. Disappointed
REGARDING renting this opened textbook, THERE IS NO WebAssign code. Again, you are renting the textbook, and NOT the code for access to the online component. This must be purchased separately, and in no way does this page actually illuminate that fact.
Pro step-by-step problem solving, with both intangible and tangible examples. Very clear writing, and lots of examples. Slow build of knowledge, with each chapter building on the other. Lots of example problems to both illustrate and explain (and you can always google search for more, or use the online resources in the book). Clear illustrations.
Con It's a math textbook. You won't be up late at night reading this.
